Who I can help
I believe that life is difficult at times, and we may not be able to resolve issues ourselves and need a helping hand. When you are experiencing thoughts and feelings that you cannot process alone, Counselling can help you make sense of them and help you move forward with your life. Whatever your issue, a long-term problem, an immediate crisis, or just feeling stuck. I can offer you a calm space where you have the opportunity to explore what has prompted you to seek Counselling.

Experience

I am a member of the BACP, and ACTO Level One, trained in online and telephone counselling. I hold a Foundation Degree in Psychodynamic Counselling from the University of Greenwich and a BA Hons in Counselling.

I am a counselling lecturer in higher education for students from level two to level 5 as well as a tutor for distance learning in counselling.

Qualifications

Foundation degree in psychodynamic counselling (University of Greenwich) and a BA with first class Honours in counselling.

Initial Consultation

The first session will be an assessment session so you can get to know a little about me and how I work. I get to know you and the reasons why you are seeking Counselling. We will then work together to find the best way forward for you.

Fees

My Fees are £45 per online session.
Assessment sessions are £35. Both sessions are 50 minutes long.

When I Work

I work Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. I do have limited sessions on other days.
